TikTok-style progressive lazy section with sequential mount queue and bidirectional visibility. Only ONE section mounts at a time via a global FIFO queue, preventing DOM/Canvas surges that OOM mobile browsers. Sections unmount when scrolled far off-screen (1500px margin) to cap peak memory. Adaptive timing: 150ms settle on mobile, 50ms on desktop. Production-proven in mukoko-weather with 7 Chart.js sections. The design portal's most critical performance primitive.
